How do you make sales training stick after completion?
You have spent valuable dollars training your staff. They have learned new skills and best practices to assist them is being effective in their roles. Now, how do we get the staff to remember what they learned in the training? We all know the difficulties in putting new knowledge into practice.
Introducing ValueSelling@Work Video Reinforcement available to those who have previously been through ValueSelling training. This program helps your sales force build the needed skills, gain confidence, and achieve results following the completion of the workshop.
How does the reinforcement work? For 14 weeks, your reps will receive a weekly email from VSA with a link to a reinforcement video. The sales managers will receive two videos. They receive the same video sent to the reps plus a video specifically for them.
